Most consultations across Ohio are free or low-cost and come with a written treatment plan and price; ask whether the fee is in-network for your plan, what sedation options exist and how many visits the treatment takes. βοΈ One star. I would not recommend this office. My procedure was originally scheduled for 8:00 AM. The day before, they contacted me and said that time no longer worked for them. They tried to move me to 12:00 PM, even though I clearly explained that I had to work at 1:00 PM. I agreed to 11:30 AM only because I urgently need a tooth removed that is affecting my sinus area. Then when my work schedule made that time impossible and I needed to reschedule, they told me I would have to pay $250. So let me get this straight: they can change my appointment the day before because the original time no longer works for them, but when I need to reschedule after trying to accommodate their change, suddenly I owe $250? That makes absolutely no sense. I was flexible with them when they needed a schedule change, but I was shown no flexibility in return. Charging a patient $250 under these circumstances feels unreasonable and extremely poor customer service. If you expect your time to be respected and your situation to be handled fairly, I would seriously think twice before coming here.

I was recommended this oral surgeon by my primary dentist for extracting my lower wisdom teeth. The consultation was quick and easy and they have two locations that they operate differing days out of. I went to their Lewis center location and although it's a small office in a larger complex I was able to get in and out quickly. On the day of my surgery there ended up being a lot more people by time I was finishing up and their lobby space was full, so my parents ended up waiting down the hallway on a bench. In the same complex there is a fitness center, small cafe, and seating area on the main level for people to wait in for longer procedures. Dr Williams was friendly and efficient, he opted for not full extraction of the lower wisdom teeth and the surgery went very quickly using local anesthesia and nitrous oxide. They have the option for being put under as well. I recovered very quickly from the surgery and was able to eat completely normally in just over a week with the only real issue being keeping food from going into the cavities at the back of my mouth while it heals over the long term. I would definitely recommend them.

Dr Williams is exceptionally good! Going to the dentist is one of my least favorite things to do. However, Dr. Williams was thorough in his explanation as to what was going to happen and explained each step as he was performing the procedure. My pain and discomfort following procedure was nearly nonexistent. I needed only a couple of over-the-counter ibuprofen the day of. His staff was great, extremely personable & thorough. If there was a 10 star rating, I would give it I highly recommend Dr. Williams

My daughter had a tooth extracted by Dr. Williams. He did an amazing job! Dr. Williams and his nurse were kind, gentle, and had a sense of humor. They made her comfortable and feel at ease. I would recommend Dr. Williams 100%!

We had an absolutely outstanding experience with Dr. Williams and his entire team. My daughter recently had her wisdom teeth removed, and I cannot say enough good things about how smoothly everything went. From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. Dr. Williams was professional, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made a potentially stressful situation feel completely manageable. What truly amazed us was my daughterβs recovery. She had little to no pain and, incredibly, no bruising at all. It was far beyond what we expected, and a true testament to the Dr. Williamsβ skill and care. We are so grateful for such a positive experience and would highly recommend this office to anyone needing oral surgery. You will be in excellent hands!
